The Cookoff is this weekend!!!

Get dicing and chopping for the 4th Annual Mountain States Chili Cookoff. This years event will be bigger and better than anything we have done before!

In 2007 we will be offering up the best that Colorado has to offer. This year the event will be held during the Boulder County Fair. We will be featuring Red Chili prepared by local favorites and Cooks from across the land. Green Chili, Hot Wings, the Colorado State Jambalaya Championship, the Colorado State Junior Chili championship (Kids 7 to 17) New this year, Salsa.

On top of all that the event is being held at the Boulder County Fair, the oldest county fair in Colorado!

Note to all cooks -

You must be at the cooks meeting at 9:30AM to be in the competition. Salsa and Jambalaya may be made ahead of time. All other categories must be cooked on site. This includes, Red Chili, Green Chili, Junior Chili, and Hot Wings.
